Dr. Nick Hyde
Dr. Nick knew from an early age that he wanted to serve people. After getting his undergrad in Theology, Dr. Nick set out to teach and to help others grow spiritually. Shortly after marrying his childhood sweetheart, his wife, Clare, began to suffer from severe abdominal pain. It baffled doctors and even surgery didn't help. They turned to alternative forms of medicine leading them to Dr. Joseph Smith, a Functional Neurologist in Marin.
At the first appointment, Clare felt relief for the first time in over a year. Dr. Joe told them that instead of being dependent on him for constant relief, his mission was to show the body how to heal itself. Clare went from barely walking to competing in a Sprint Triathlon just a year later. After that one appointment, Dr. Nick knew exactly what he wanted to do for the rest of his life.
While receiving his doctorate of Chiropractic from Life West Chiropractic College, Nick discovered that his anxiety, depression, and gut issues were a result of his multiple brain traumas from sports. Through Upper Cervical Chiropractic care, all of these issues were resolved. Nick received multiple upper cervical certifications. He also became certified in Applied Kinesiology. He began to pursue his Masters in Functional Neurology and Brain Rehabilitation.
He is constantly engaged in furthering his education to provide the best of what western science and eastern wisdom has to offer in gentle, safe, and natural healing.
