Gentle Flow Yoga is a trauma-sensitive resilience and consent-based movement class that encourages you to adapt the practice to your needs and follow what feels most right for yourself in the moment.  

Suitable for movers with any (or no) experience with yoga, each class includes a gentle warm-up, a well-rounded movement sequence, and a guided final relaxation.  

We move slowly to develop greater strength and awareness.  Variety, curiosity, play, mindfulness, and breath are the tools we will use to cultivate resilience (strength + flexibility), ease, and a more compassionate relationship to self and all others.
